  $2000.00 to clean my wife's teeth? That sounds high even if you add the medication needed for inflamed gums. We are 80 years old on fixed income and cant pay something like this. This seems high to me. Lesley was great on taking care of an immediate problem we had for $161.00.

  The staff is friendly and Dr. Han is really great. Unfortunately, they are terrible with appointments and follow-ups and referrals. Trying to reach someone on the phone is not always possible. One person forgot what my reschedule date was and my referral to a specialist was over 3 weeks late. I had to call the specialist to set up the appointment. Then I had to call Aspen back 2 weeks after the visit to have my insurance referral sent. Friendly people, but I shouldn't have to do the work for them. If the service gets better, I will be happy to update my review. But for now, 2 stars is still being generous.

  Best dentist appointment I've ever had. Friendly staff, patiently answered all of my questions. Dr Han reassured me I did not need all of the procedures I was told I needed by my previous dentist. Sam, the office manager, went over my treatment plan and explained each and every detail--what was necessary, what was optional but recommended and what was totally optional. His motto: "Your mouth, your money". I found that to be a really refreshing attitude. Aspen Dental saved me literally thousands of dollars and many unnecessary, painful procedures. Highly recommended.
